Do you know the feeling? Every time you wish to rent a car you visit the website and fill out all the information required.

Last but not least there's always this small box sitting there and waiting for a DISCOUNT code to be filled out by the applicant. Each time I leave this box untouched I know I will pay to much for the car!!

Being a dutch guy (no surprise) in need for a rental car in Canada, I am looking for some advise.
