I get very few chargebacks. Around .45% at this moment.

But half ( if not 75%) of my chargebacks are from hispanic countries.

Are all those people thieves ? Spain, Columbia, Mexico are the worst.
I am very close to block them from susbcribing to my sites.

Do you have similar experiences ?
