I als thought that it should be a NEW design, not your best OLD design. With that in mind, I think we should setup 5 domains for people to choose from and they have to design for one of those domains. And the content should be contributed by a content provider and it has to be designed with that content. This would ensure that it's actually new.

What will then be done with the designs after the competition ?
Can the designers use them for themself? (If so, what about domain and content)
Are they to be sold ? (if so, what should be done with the $?)
