2. Do not work with children.
As for the third, ok you are against beating the child but without sufficient information to the cause of the outburst you use a catch all argument and dump everything on the parents door and lack of proper child-rearing. And this opinion is formed from someone that admits they have zero knowledge or experience with children. Amazing you can identify the source of the problem despite this.

And here lies the problems with your arguments. It's not about what you like or feel or think or how correct you are. In fact this isn't about you at all! This is about a 5 year old being treated like a adult criminal the lack of an educational facility to have competant staff and law enforcement being barbaric neaderthals.
