I love the suggestions to call social services, lol! At least in the Atlanta area, they might have shown up in a week or so. Then if the kid did the exact same thing with them, the police would have been called and charges filed. The kid WOULD have been in juvenille detention.
Anyone who says a spoiled brat 5 year old can't do some serious damage to themselves and others when the teachers are forbidden to physically disipline them has never spent time in a public school kindergarten.
