The Chinese food in China is prolly different than what we get in the US.
Right, it depends on what you eat off the menu. That's until I found some roaches in my Mongolian Beef. And that was at a well known Chinese Restruant in the area.
That incident kinda turned me off to any Chinese food for awhile.
