What's the origin of your nick?

In my case, Mikey was the kid in the Life commercial who doesn't like anything. MikeyD was like MickeyD's. Back in the day MikeyD was taken on AOL, as was MikeyDD, so rather than waste time going down the list I jumped all the way to MikeyDDDDD. Hitting the caps key was a PIA, so it became mikeyddddd.
