makes perfect business sense, unethical, but makes sense. bdjuf would make a killing, so they'd have to pay him mucho dinero as well as pay you a referal fee for each sale. They're trying to save money. But the question that comes to mind is, how can they deny a referal just because it would cost them more? If it was in their terms that highly potential bank breakers can't sign up under anyone then I would understand somewhat, pathetic, but understandable.
It's like saying "I'm sorry Mr SMith, you can't buy 1000 tickets from 7-11 so you'll have to buy them directly from us (the lotery corporation) instead because we are scared you might be successfull and cost us too much in referal fees."
