Should the little girl have been hemmed up and put in the back of the cruiser? Hell no.
But was there any alternative that wouldn't lead to a lawsuit against the school? Sadly, no.
And DonovanPhillips, the article states that the assistant principal got hit in the stomach, which means that when the situation was out of the teachers hands, she went to the administration, which is exactly what should have been done.
