Also, PAL has a different frame rate than NTSC which makes a difference to how you react to the footage even though you may not be aware of it.

In addition to PG possibly using a professional PAL camera they look like they actualy know how to use it. Most of the video you see on websites is shot with consumer cameras in full auto mode so it ends up looking like a home movie.

Also, I am sure they are color correcting in post which makes the skin tones look much much better.

Add to that the locations they use tend to not be the usual cheesy porn set that looks like a display at a discount furniture store.

And of course the Hungarian euro babes don't hurt either.

So there is one thing they are doing to make their videos look so good. They are most likey just executing an overall higher quality production than you are used to seeing.

One of the aspects of PG videos I like the most is the fact that you don't hear the camera guy asking the model stupid questions and making idiotic comments. You can here him whisper things to the model but it is under breathe so it is not nearly as annoying.
