Scared a little girl for a day or two..When I was in grade school I got the fucking strap and that bitch hurt..Kids know they can basically get away with murder nowadays and laugh at authority.Why waste valuable resources on shit like this?Bust the crack dealers feeding the kids parents so they could discipline her in the first place
