how long until we see the scammed by backendbilling threads?

Hi There,
We are in the process of changing our hosting services and updating both
http://www.merchsolutions.com and
http://www.backendbilling. We are going to experience some downtime with our processor over this period as well. We have updated all the postbacks for this to responsecode5 "Pending Transaction" for the duration of the downtime. Unfortunately this is a new code that was not included in your integration guides.
We will be storing all transactions over this period and will provide each merchant with a .csv file of all the transactions and their responses. Please forward this information to your technical department so they can make the few simple addtions to inform your customers. If you would prefer to keep your own batch file over this period please just email it through to
[email protected] when we are active again (2 - 3 days).
Please let me know if you do not wish your customers to be billed over this downtime and we can discuss other options. If you have any questions at all regarding this please don't hesitate to contact me anytime over this period through any of the mediums listed in my signature.
