your forgetting their americans - they can shot -kill anything they want because they have the right too.. serves the dog right for being on foreign soil.
If it was iraq or italian soldiers all of america would be screaming out loud.. now.. its .. hell our boys are really needing entertainment - or the dog was probably running to fast through the checkpoints and we thought it was a terrorist (or "terrier" to close to call on that spelling)
