Nothing would be better than seeing a bunch of roid rage ball players foaming at the mouth and beating each other to hell and back! I even think you should give the players boxing gloves to wear to make the run around the bases a little more challenging!

Steroids kill! That's the bottom line. Of course everything in moderation. But if its allowed then everyone will be taking more steroids to out-do the other guy. That will increase the risk that steroids comes with.
Plus! ALL records would be based on performance enhancing drugs as opposed to the natural talent that each player has.
