The 3rd party billers can be a pain and not as slick sometimes, but if you need to have that doubt removed-- thats the way.
The answer to any statistic you bring up is what everyone else said-- they fluctuate....you had an off day....happens to all of us...etc etc. I don't always like it, but I tend to stick with the sponsors using outside billing just for this reason.

You really should post things that are true, and just because a sponsor uses a 3rd party biller does not make it so they can't shave. ** UNLESS ** you can send directly to the 3rd party join page but most won't let you do that.
