Looking for examples of what? There is no law against spam in Canada. Thus, even if charged in the US as a Canadian under the Canspam law or whatever, there is no grounds for 'extradition' as another poster wrongly implied. For an offence to be extraditable there would have to be a similar Canadian law that was being broken. This all falls under the Mutual Assistance Treaty between Canada and the US.
