We used some of their upsell galleries in a couple of spots, and neither the hits nor the sales would ever track.

Spoke to JR about 8-10 times regarding the tracking, and he always kept making excuses (blaming NATS, etc) and saying the problem would be fixed but it never was. YMMV.
