That's the response I've received both times I have emailed cs@epass with a question. I then reply and ask why they can't give me an answer in the email, and strangely enough their second reply includes the answer...

I checked and both times the first reply wording was identical. The only thing different was the cs rep signoff. Do the droids use that cut n' paste as a first line of defence in the hope that we'll give up?
