Woo this is for real? I remember seeing old episodes of Top of the Pops with a band from Germany who sung "Rivers of Babylon" and the guy had hair like that. But that was 30 years ago. This is a hoax. Has to be only a complete fool would post a picture if he looked like that. Just had another look at the picture maybe I was wrong, he's a fool or high.
