Ya ever look for talent? How about fresh new talent? How about fresh new talent thats of at least reasonable age and not a freakymilf? How about talent that keep a schedual or focus on getting content done for a site?

What I am saying is until you step out from behind the desk ya never going to know how hard it is to even find talent that will even work out.
First off, i dont agree with this. I dont see how this is a controversional statment because im an affiliate manager. I have worked for companies before this and I have personally watched and have done the camera work for many shoots. For instance, I worked for danzabucks awhile back and I cant tell you how many girls would blow his phone up, and even after he explained what type of modeling it was and so forth, the girls still did it and were interested. If you do not know how to approach women, or are not advertising in a successful manner, then that is your fault. I go out night after night and I cant tell you ho wmany girls I meet are interested inlesbian stuff and toys and blowjob scenes, from random ass girls i meet at the bar.

Now i do agree with you about the girls flaking out so to speak when it comes to appointments to do shoots but that is still no reason not to have a backup. That should be expected. Like i said, its my opinion.
