I cant beleive how many girls are getting single sites and they look like crap. What I mean is, I constantly see the lack of professionalism in many owners choices when picking a girl for an amatuer site or single girl site. I mean at least pick quality girls to represent your company. Im sorry but grabbing any ol girl because she is willing to have a site based off of her is rediculous. Yes, I understand that it still makes you money but if its about retention, then I dont see the reason for it. I see tons of threads in here with the titles" New Girl Here" or "New Site" or "Hot New Girl" And there not attractive. Some look underaged, some look like they were crackwhores for a part of their lives. Paysite owners should be able to interview a quality girl. I understand some backfire and duck out the last minute but that is no excuse to go and just grab a girl to fill in the weekly update. Everyone has thier own ways i guess but if I were a surfer, I wouldnt sign up for that shit, and id write down that sponsor so i never accidentally sign up with them in the future.

I see so many people saying the same stuff that I am, just in 1 worded sentences when they post. Even stuff like yelling out "Tranny"(when not joking) is enuff evidence that their is some sort of laziness or lack of ability to spot talent.

Now u can tell me, their is no such thing as an ugly girl, and u can go and say that regular girls(girls that bring nothing to the table looks or personality wise during shoots) make you money but im speaking only of retention here. When a surfer(a guy in this case) searches for a chick, he isnt in his right mind when he has his dick out and hes ready for a quick jerk before work so to speak. So, im sure u get 3 day trial signups if you offer pps, but how the hell can anyone be obsessed with a girl that has nothing to offer them looks wise or personality during the filming.

For instance, I saw video the other day and this girl was a pretty latin girl. Now she had a sexy face and great tits but her lower part had stretch marks that were so visible to the surfer.
