Make the best of it while you've got it... and be sure you won't have any regrets over lost experiences before you find that special lady. You can get rid of the "wish I would'ves" before you find "her" which will make it that much easier to settle down in the long term.
You can have your cake, eat it too, and get ice cream with it as well.
