fris: a friend bought an add an its happen twice. and was not refunded even tho he was said to be

consumptionjunction: Now regardless of how long you've known this other person, you SHOULD NOT go around making accusations like that without knowing first-hand what you're talking about.
consumptionjunction: I seriously doubt we'll ever agree on that point so lets move on to your friend. I'm fairly certain you know my opinion of you and your accusations and how you conduct yourself.

consumptionjunction: Get your permission. I SERIOUSLY doubt you'll get it because I'm 110% positive the person in question is full of shit. I'm not going to promise a refund when I have NO idea what we're talking about. I've done business with 100's of companies. So I will promise to look into whatever the beef is. If I find something that warrants a refund I'll grant it. I will NOT find what you are accusing us of because it has NEVER happened and never will. I will NOT issue a refund just to hush someone up. If your friend doesn't have the BALLS to contact me directly I doubt very seriously he/she has any proof to back up his claims. But I WELCOME the chance to defend ourselves. I also STRONLGLY encourage this happens in a Public forum. As I said we've got NOTHING to hide.

consumptionjunction: I'm trying hard not to, try and reverse the situation. I go on a public forum and say you have a 2 inch penis. You say bullshit, prove it. I say you have a 2 inch penis. You say show me the proof, what facts do you have? I say you have a 2 inch penis. Or actually, to be more accurate, I'd have to say I "heard" you had a 2 inch penis from a buddy.
consumptionjunction: No response huh. We'll let me get to posting this all on GFY. Again, unlike your buddy, I've got nothing to hide. The challenge stands. If you or your buddy are so certain we did these things, prove it. Hell, a start would be to have your buddy tell me who he is. That's really all I need. I keep every email, every IM. I'll gladly post the entire history and all communication between myself and your buddy on GFY. Whoever he/she is.
And just in case you guys choose not to come forward, let me make something very clear. I will vehemetly defend any accusations of this nature going forward. I will make it absolutely clear to anyone and everyone that I welcome the chance to defend myself. The result of this is quite simple: if you accuse and can't back it up or choose not to, you will be the one who looks like you're full of shit and shady.

consumptionjunction: thank you. for what it's worth, I understand where you're coming from. If a close friend said something like that, I'd be likely to believe him too.
consumptionjunction: but I also stick to my guns on the fact that we've never done anything like that and it's really out of line for you to take pot shots like that. You should be a man about it and contact me directly if you've got a beef. You should also be a friend to your friend and tell him to be a man about it and contact me directly. But since you've chosen to take this to a public forum, I suggest we coorespond publically so everyone is out in the open from here on.
