Assume a surfer you refer is starting from scratch. No web designing experience at all.
You know how long it's going to be until they make their first sale?
And chances are, a sale they make won't be under you.

Be realistic. The majority of those you would attract at a blog like that are kids trying to make a quick buck. Few will stick with it, and even fewer will succeed.

Assume your blog really interests 200 people, and those 200 people want to start making a living in adult. I'd say by the next day half of them are going to wake up the next morning and find that they really don't want to do it. Out of those people, maybe half of them will actually stick with it and take the time to learn and everything, and maybe a handful of those will actually have what it takes to be successful in this business. Drive, detication.
