I've always been of the opinion that the best matches just happen, you don't search them out actively. Searching for someone because you want to get married again will lead to you settling.
Now that being said, if you're convinced you need to find someone else to complete your happiness, then may I reccomend a mail order bride? You'll be able to specify everything you want her to be and never be called on to be a better person yourself. Just pay the bills and she'll love you.
