I just found out the theives over at Ibill aren't paying on web900 signups. This part of thier business was not effected by a merchant account going down. They are still getting the money I processed through web900 and now they just say "sorry we are only paying on gkard signups" what a crock of shit.

I know my bad for not moving off them already, just had other more important things for my programmer to work on. But still its total and utter fraud to not pay customers of web900 something that is not effected by them moving to gkard.
