I just got off the phone with them and appearantly they are SERIOUSLY understaffed here in europe, they only have 1 real europe office and that is in Ireland , all the other europe offices are independent callcentres that have deals with google
they dont have money for more real staff and thus I have been waiting since february 10 to get a REAL anwser of these mofo's
the local callcentres dont do anything except tell people that if they have a problem they should send an email to
[email protected] , funny thing is
[email protected] just sends an automatic message back that that email is not being used
why dont these mofo's hire some real support or stuff ? ?
