No doubt about it, accepting Euro's or GBP's for that matter can increase your sales. It's a simple concept really, think about how much a Big Mac or a pair of Levi's cost in the states then see what they cost in most other parts of Western Europe - MORE! Europeans are used to paying more for the same product that costs less in the US.

We also just implemented multi-currency payments and the European webmasters love it! There's basically two schools of thought depending on where you the webmaster are located:

1. Europe - Set your pricing only in your preferred currency - you aren't affected by the fluctuations of the dollar so if you're billing all your customers in euros for example, when the dollar dives you still make the same amount of money.

2. U.S. - Set different pricing for different monitary regions (e.g., GBP for your British customer, Euros for Germany, Netherlands, France and other Euro countries, and Dollars for your US customers.) This method allows you to earn more from people who are willing to pay more, the Brits and the Euro countries.
