It's amazing that some people can't even figure out what's wrong with the government putting out propaganda and disguising it as news. Seriously guys, move to North Korea immediately and let the civilized, educated people talk.
This is not exactly that most difficult thing to wrap your heads around folks, imagine how much you'd be crying if John Kerry had made a fake news story about Bush and sold it as a real news story. The only people who would argue the negative effect this has are the people who would defend literally anything the government does. 12dicks... check, Pathfinder... check, some kid named funforone... check.
