In almost 1,000 locations on Friday, it made only $70,000, a whole $73 per location. That is a major flop. Just goes to show, if you are going to re-release something already out on DVD, you'd better make it unique with ADDED footage, not subtracted. I think Mel got a lil greedy on this one.

The original big $ score was probably due to all the controversy surrounding the picture. Now that all the Hype has died down, there wont be a ressurection for this pic, its been nailed to the cross and it aint comin down
