For the period from 1 Aug, 04 to 31 Jan, 05;

Basic salary=USD 5150 each month
Actual salary=USD 4893 each month (after MPF deduction)

Special allowance for her father's sick in Nov, 04;

Allowance=USD 1000
(The above special allowance will be deducted from the salaries in Mar, 05)

Prepayment of USD 1000 for each follow month;

1) Dec, 04
2) Jan, 05
3) Jan, 05 (Double pay)
4) Feb, 05

(The above prepayment also will be deducted from the salaries started from Apr, 05 with USD 1000 each month (4 months)

After 31 Jan, 05 onwards;

Basic salary=USD 5459 each month
Actual salary=USD 5186 each month (after MPF deduction)
