Apparently your .htaccess is setup like this:
RewriteEngine on
RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} !^$
RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} !^http://img-heaven.com/.*$ [NC]
Other domains can't hotlink the pic, but you can open a new window, put in the pic URL and voila.
