Why not have the tours in English, German and Spanish then the major markets is covered.
Bill EU countries in Euro instead of $29.95 do ?29.95 and then pass the bigger payout to webmasters.
EU surfers goes to their own signup page with only the euro option.
Don´t see how it could affect the conversions besides the price being a bit higher.
