I find that I don't schedule certain days to be "off" at all. I work my ass off, and then if I get the work done that I've scheduled for that day, I may stop for the day or I may do stuff that I had scheduled for the next day. I'll work like that for a while, sometimes a week, sometimes more, but I'm always careful to take a break for a couple of days lest I get burned out.
Going to the psyche ward for stress isn't fun. Hell, going for any reason isn't fun. And with all the stress and emotional shit I'm dealing with right now, I cannot afford to go to the psyche ward for any reason, though if I were to breakdown, now would be the time.
