I discussed quite much with their legal dept and refused to let it go until I got their letter by ordinary mail. After that I agreed either transfer it for them or let it expire. So, it expired and now it seems to be owned by some marketing company / "domain spammer".
Anyway, is there any reason to start legal proceedings regarding some domain expecially if it is for you worth of zero dollars? I say no - theres much more productive things to concentrate than pointless fights over some marginal domain.
