no offense marty, you know where we stand. dating sites are bullshit.
i will privately give you my personal experiences with many of the ones who claim that they work for meeting people; but then again, its not about making the consumer satisfied by ensuring their success. it's about the money, and i think that that market has reached where its going. its gotten to the point that i wonder what percentage of the profiles are even real, even on match.com. consumers will shortly see that. just like they have become educated on members sites. i tried alot of the dating sites because i get a kick out of hooking up with chicks from the internet, and i know how to play the game. i NEVER met a FEMALE on the pay sites that i joined.
i have met a number of dates on Craigslist and MYSPACE. They are free.
guess how many i met on the sites that charge? 0.
dating is fantasy, just like any other product in adult. the payoff is that the consumer gets a month of believing that they "could" meet someone.
i'm not bashing dating proggies, just giving you an opinion from someone who knows how to play the game.
i think that the playing field in the dating community has been established and that you guys are offering a great VOD software for producers that you should focus on.
dating traffic is not the volume that adult porn traffic is by a long shot either.
just my honest opinion.
