Did you try the tracking codes for WEGCash? They help track visitors -> sales, etc.
As for other free sign-ups, I don't know of too many. You can see in my list of
webcam sponsors but very few give out $ for free-sign-ups. Most payout after a first sale, however small, like Lars, PussyCash ($10 minimum, I believe) and One2One.
