Yeah, she could get an attorney and prolly has some rights. Doubt that she will though. She'd look the bitch in court. Make for a good jury trial. Also make for a good anchor story for Boston Illegal on ABC.
Trial would mean the world would know.... The pics would be evidence available to the public maybe. Prolly pick up some media attention too, then Fake Nick would make a killing publishing pics and the story.
