US surfer pays $1.95 per trial and sponsor pays $35 on that sign up.
European surfer pays 1.95 Euro per trial and the sponsor pays $47 on that.
No idea how long they keep the money in Euros, but overall, they still make more money if the surfer pays in Euro. And currency conversions aren't IMO such a big problem.
Anyway, Spa Cash does it so that must be possible
