Ehm excuse me, but they lost the case because the judge ruled there was no treaty that prohibited the use of "agent orange" during the war.
They did NOT loose because of the lack of evidence.
Birth defect happen all around but don't you think it's a bit strange that the amount of birth defects is higher in the areas where agent orange was used?
It's KNOWN that agent orange is bad (dioxine).
