Actually, you should be warned. There are guys out there who are doing exactly what you described. Signup ... chargeback and go on.
Anyway ... in your CCbill admin you see the adresses and credit cards. Are they all coming from the same country/location? Similar entries?
I would talk to CCbill anyway
