Assuming there are similar weather to where I live (a city 280 km from Petersburg), last few days it was quite a freeze, especially at night. However its getting warmer today, and I even see the snow staring to melt here and there. As for the jeans, I think your stuff will be pretty safe in it, as I weared some light ones the whole winter and felt fine.
