So basically with this rule you can shop online, purchase a product/service, give the merchant authorization to charge your card. Then they can keep your money, not provide the product/service, and ignore the banks???

Thanks for ignoring and not paying your 24 hr support as well. And thanks to the wonderful support team that you had that tried to seek a several hundred dollar bribe just to turn the machine back on. Another satisfied customer. Now i understand your motto:
