Setting goals definitely works. About two-three years ago I had some goals in mind, I didnt write them down, but they were always in my thoughts, so I worked my ass off. Now that I think about it, the three main goals I had I accomplished, and I also saw that as I accomplished the goals I had set for myself, I started to relax and not reach for new ventures as much.
Having goals definitely keeps you motivated to keep working. Im setting new goals this week and getting back into a nice work mode.
