2 years ago I tried Creatine and that wasn't good for much, but it wasn't until now that I decided to try just regular protein powder. I didn't think it would do much, but fuck was I wrong.

what kind of protein u taking? For the best gain, you should take 1 gram of protein for each pound of bodyweight....so if you weigh 180 pounds, you need 180 grams of protein every day(foods + supplements combined)
if your doing that, you can make some good gains
