This may not be what they're talking about, but I get hits from my msn and my yahoo users because they've added my feeds to their customized pages. I use this link for yahoo:
http://add.my.yahoo.com/rss?url=http...es/wp-rss2.php
I think you'd just replace my domain with yours. Then click it, and there your feed will be. Then go over to your my yahoo page and you can add your headlines.
