Sorry I havnt got back to u on ICQ yet..... Flat out at the moment and havnt even switched it on yet
CSS can be changed in the control panel, just click on edit template
Each template has its own CSS that be edited there.... There is a FAQ in that section as well with all the template codes, u can basicly do what u like with the templates.
