does anyone can help me ive a 20/40k traffic drop due to this issue

im talking with my hosting manager and teck and all is correct from their side so its kinda difficult to find the trouble

and the fact is that i dont wanna be blacklist on some tgps for this weird trouble..

its like 50/50 some connect with no trouble and some get blank page with no datas
