Yeah, i think the traditional scale of height to weight is starting to become more and more irrelevant. I mean, i'm overweight, but not horrendously overweight. But according to my BMI, i'm obese. Out of curiousity, i checked just how low my weight would have to be until i was considered "healthy" and it was downright bullshit. I'd be anorexic if i were the "recommended weight."
When i was at my peak fitness and was at my desired body shape, i was still something like 10 or 15kg (22 or 33 pounds) overweight according to those standards.
