If you want your own merchant account, you can use Netbilling. It costs alot however for adult accounts.

The other option is Verotel Pro (they are a third party billing company like CCBill, but based in the Netherlands). It costs $1500 for setup and I think the proccessing fee is 14% per transaction plus 10% hold back (in case of charge backs or fraud) - you get the 10% back 6 months later. Their site is
